What's up on in the shop is usually leftover from cons.
I'm also discontinuing the discounted charms (Idolish7 and Hypnosis Mic), as the art is quite old and I'd like to make space for new merch.
My charm is all scratched up, can I exchange it for a new one?
All charms have a protective film over them! Please peel it off and your charm should be shiny and new. The flat charms have film on both sides, while the glitter epoxy ones only have the flim on the flatside.
Where are you shipping from? How long will it take for my item to reach me?
I'm based in the USA! Sadly I can't do anything about the high shipping prices here.
Shipping within the US takes around a week. International shipping takes around 2 weeks - 1 month.
(For International Buyers) Can you mark the order as a gift on the customs form?
No, I cannot. I need to write the real price of the items in your order on the customs declaration form. I cannot and will not change the price or item listed.
I am also not responsible for any customs fees your package may be charged.
Where's my order/my package is missing?
Please take note of the fact that once I drop your package off at the post office, it is out of my hands and I no longer have control of it.
If you are an internation buyer, there is also a chance that your package may be stuck in customs.
I highly reccomend contacting your local post office to inquire about it.
What's the return/exchange policy?
Unless there is an issue or mistake on my part (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
All sales are final.
I am not resposible for any damages caused in delivery transit.
Shipping is out of my hands and items that are lost/damaged during transportation are out of my control. I triple check to make sure the mailing address is correct and all the items are packed nicely before shipping things out.
